Red Heifer Ranch beeves are USDA slaughtered, processed, and packaged in 1lb. Rolls. Your Premium ground beef is then packaged in convenient 20lb boxes measuring 18″ x 10″ x 10″ high which will fit nicely on about any freezer shelf offering easy access.
